Usage instructions are well written and easy to understand. Even with arthritic hands, I had no trouble using the oximeter. The large digital display is easy to read. With tele-medicine increasingly used in this COVID-19 era, I decided to get this pulse oximeter, plus a blood pressure monitor (sphygmomanometer), to use at home. It is easy to use, read the results, and gives useful info, particularly in these covid days when some studies have shown that a sudden dip in oxygen levels could predict an oncoming breathing issue and a visit to the ER. Nevertheless, a neat daily device to ...

Don't really know how to test the accuracy of oxygen level, but tested pulse bpm against 3 other sources and it was right on.
