It works okay but the sound modes can be a bit confusing to remember which is which. The manual is not very detailed, and I had some trouble getting it to fit comfortably at first. It does the job, but I feel like it could be more user-friendly in terms of switching modes.

While it works fine most of the time, I found the charging port a little awkward to use. It doesn't always connect properly, so you have to fiddle a bit to make sure it's charging. It's not a huge deal, but a bit annoying when you're in a hurry. The sound quality is decent, though, so I still use it daily.

While the device works well, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of volume control. It’s fine most of the time, but occasionally I wish I could adjust it slightly to suit my needs. Other than that, it’s a decent product for basic use.

While it’s generally a good product, I wish the charging cable was a bit longer. It’s a bit inconvenient to find a spot where it can sit comfortably while charging overnight. Otherwise, it works just fine, but that small detail is a bit annoying.

The hearing aid works well, but I wish it had more color options to choose from. Also, the button to switch modes can be a little hard to press sometimes. It’s a minor thing, but it can be a bit annoying when I'm in a hurry. Otherwise, it's decent for the price.

The product works fine but I wish it had a bit more advanced features like customizing sound levels or connecting with a phone for updates. It also doesn’t include a detailed instruction manual, so it took me a bit of trial and error to figure out the modes, but I guess that's also part of its simplicity.
