Great! It's a bit pricey but worth it. I've been able to catch colds and fevers early with this device. It's quick (less than 10 seconds), painless, easy to use, and babies and toddlers don't mind it. It doesn't go deep into the ear like at the doctor's office. It also comes with disposable tips, although I would prefer a more environmentally friendly option.
