The product works fine but the instructions were a bit confusing. I spent more time than I wanted figuring it out. Also, the display is a bit too bright at night. Would be nice if there was a dimmer setting or something! Otherwise, it's okay but not amazing.

I found the display a bit too bright in darker rooms, kind of annoying at night. I wish there was a way to dim it. Also, the shipping took a bit longer than I had hoped. Other than that, it works fine, but those small things bugged me.

The product is okay, but I wish it had more modern features. I mean, it's simple, which is good, but sometimes I miss the app controls and fine-tuning options I had with my last hearing aid. It works well enough, but feels a bit outdated for tech lovers like me.

I was a bit disappointed with the cable length. It's not as long as I would prefer, making it hard to move around sometimes while using it. I expected it to be more flexible in that regard. The device works fine otherwise, just a small gripe I had.
