Easy to read and use. Unsure of accuracy as I have no way of verifying its calibration (oxygen level) heart rate was accurate. I am assuming it???s calibrated correctly. I tested it on everyone in the house and it appears accurate.That said I purchased it to keep track of our daughter???s oxygen level and heart rate when her asthma worsens. I was unsure if after a minute if I would get a reading or that it was a constant. I read the directions several times & it said nothing about it. My physical therapist told me I needed to purchase one, I felt this one was the best. It is, and the reading is a constant. But I normally take my reading after a minute or more.
