I ordered this pulse oximeter because I have a heart condition and like to keep track of my oxygen level and pulse rate, and now of course with Covid going around it is a very handy device to have to know if you're starting towards trouble with your ox levels. My borrowed daughter had requested this particular one for her work as an OT a couple of years ago. A couple of weeks ago, my wife was admitted to the hospital, they recommended she monitor her O2 regularly after release. I bought this for that purpose. A few days ago, I visited the cardiologist, they used the same device. It works well and is easy to use. Very happy with it.

We wanted an oximeter for our Covid preparedness kit and general health gear so we were super glad when we were offered a reviewer product. We opened it, and within literally a minute we were able to measure our heart rates and oxygen levels. It could not be easier, just insert finger and wait a few seconds. I was first exposed to a pulse oximeter at my doctor's office. At that time I did not consider it a device I needed to own. However, after an incident where my blood oxygen level fell very low, and I was not speaking clearly, it became clear to me that I needed to monitor oxygenation. This oximeter is similar to the kind used by doctors and nurses, and has been very accurate for me.

I'm so glad that I was offered this oximeter for review as I'd been looking for one for a while. It works really well. It is compact, lightweight and easy to use. The OLED display is bright and easy to read. There is only one button to turn it on and take readings. It operates on 2 AAA batteries (included).
