This is very easy to use. It has big numbers which are well lit.Set up is quick and easy to understand.It comes with a power supply and has battery back up in it, batteries are included.Everything fits in the provided case to keep it clean and all safe.

Large cuff that came with it would not give me accurate readings. Wouldn’t inflate properly. Company quickly sent me a small cuff which gave me accurate readings. Great customer service. Inflates properly and accurate readings.

This comes with a black case. It's easy to set up: just put in 4 AA batteries. Plug the cuff into the readout unit and loop it so the Velcro side is facing out. To use it, put the cuff with the tubing pointing down on your left arm. Compared to Omron and equally accurate. Quality of customer service is surprisingly pleasant in this era. Emails and phone calls are answered within 15 minutes. I had one disabled family member who had difficulty with the unit because of arm size - first they sent a small cuff, then a wrist unit. All at no charge with no returns. They really know the definition of Customer Satisfaction

I'm really loving this companies products. I've tried a few others, and this is another high-quality product that's easy to set up, easy to use, and does an excellent job. I synced to my iPhone and their app in no time, and was able to get a quick read on my blood pressure in a couple of minutes. I like being able to track over time to watch for changes, and this makes it easy.
