This is the best TENS/EMS unit I've owned, out of many I've used over the years. It has a touchscreen design which makes it very easy to use. You can see which settings are TENS/EMS therapy or both on the large screen. It has enough power to use 4 or 6 pad configurations without losing intensity. It's well made and has a good price. I really like this scale because it is very accurate and has cool features like telling your BMI, heart rate, and water weight. It also gives you positive feedback when you do well, like when I lost a couple of ounces. This device works like a Tens machine to create muscle spasms. It's easy to use, but be careful when increasing the intensity. The feeling can be a bit overwhelming, but I'm hoping it will help my bad shoulder. I'm glad the kit came with a bag and lots of patches.

It was so easy to use. I just plugged it in, put on the cuff and pressed the start button. The display was clear and the numbers were big, so I could read it easily. The readings were the same as the ones I got from the doctor's office. I liked that it was light and came with a pouch so I could store it and keep it clean or take it with me if I had to travel.

This pill is easy to take and it seems to help lower your blood pressure. I'm not sure how effective it is because I'm also taking other natural pills that claim to do the same thing. My blood pressure has gone down from the low 150s to an average of 140/70. It tastes like any other pill and it's easy to swallow.
