I am not very sure its accuracy because I am not able to compare it. I would be lying if I say it is 100 percent accurate. Though I cannot rate it 5 stars I like it very much and I have a good faith on it. This little device is cute, simple and easy to use. The repeatability of SPO2 is good. The heart rate is a little sensitive up to the condition. My family will surely use it for long time.

Works well but you may scratch your head asking yourself ???why am I not getting a reading???? The answer is to remove your finger and place it again all the way in! I???ve found a useful indicator on the display which when your finger is correctly in place, will imitate a heartbeat. When you have THAT indication, wait only a few seconds and you get an accurate reading. Overall, a nice unit.

This pulse and oximeter monitor is easy to use, and more importantly, accurate. I have bronchial asthma and frequently get coughs during allergy seasons and cold weather which, unfortunately, are similar to symptoms of COVID-19.
