I really wanted to like this scale, but I mainly bought it to measure my body fat percentage accurately. Unfortunately, this scale is consistently off by about 5%, which is a big difference. I have had high blood pressure that I couldn't control for 18 years. Medication didn't help much. But since I started taking supplements and raw cacao powder, my blood pressure has gone back to normal. I'm amazed, but the numbers don't lie. This thermometer is really accurate and quick. I like the simple buttons, especially the option to turn off the sound. This is useful when you have a sick child and don't want to disturb them. I highly recommend it!

I really like how it connects to my fitbit without me having to do anything. Using it is really simple, all I have to do is step on it. It's also a convenient size. The only downside is that I have to keep the app open for the scale to connect, but I anticipated that.
