UPDATE: Initially the ViHealth smart phone app didn't write data to Apple Health. However, that seems to be resolved by the latest version of the app. Version 2.15.1 is now writing data to Apple Health and wrote all the previous readings as well. put in the batteries. put it on your finger. relax. read the numbers. as far as accuracy goes, i would need to compare it to another unit. put it seems to be consistent. i would use it, wait a few minutes and do it again. same reading. my wife would use it and get a slightly different reading but consistent with her each time she used it. so i would guess it is fairly accurate.

I am a nurse and found that it worked well. Seemed to be accurate per what I usually run and I checked my pulse and it was completely accurate. You have to remember that if your hands are cold to warm them. That is the same even with hospital grade pulse oximeters. I feel that I made a good purchase.
