The scale came with batteries that didn't work because they were possibly old. After replacing them, the scale worked fine. The OxilineLife app is easy to use. Customer support only apologized and gave instructions on how to replace the batteries. Anker gave a partial refund to cover the cost of new batteries. The scale is still working well and I'm happy with my purchase.
