This is a great product. Easy to use straight out of the box and simple to set up. I measured my blood pressure 3 times and compared it to the past 9 months of readings and it was nearly spot-on!The cuff was large enough for my chubby arms and will even fit my husband. This product comes with the monitor, cuff, batteries, and it even comes in its own carrying / travel case.

The device is not free of little glitches here and there but it is more accurate, especially diastolic pressure numbers. My major quibble is the size of the cuff. I am 6'1" male and it is way too large. I wonder if I really got a standard cuff?

We've had this product for a few days and we really like it. The remote control has a big screen and the massage options are great. The rechargeable battery lasts longer than regular batteries. We got it delivered the same day within four hours.

I would have given this a five star rating but with their customer service is very much lacking to be helpful. This device is GREAT but as said the customer service lacks prompt help. Repeated calls to check on the status & delivery and when phone was answered, I was only told the product was not a stock item and would ship as soon as it was in stock. Even tho when ordered it shows "IN STOCK" ITE...

Like the scale very much. Nice design, and accurate. I agree with the app issues others have mentioned, it is a small glitch that at times requires you to turn your phone off and back on and then the app connects.
