Had it for a few days and did readings at home and it seemed a little high. I have white coat hypertension meaning I get anxious at the doctors office. I ordered the Pulse 7 Pro but I received the Pulse 9 Pro. The machine is my 3rd BP machine, all from different manufacturers. This Pulse 9 Pro works well and seems to agree, for the most part, with my doctors office BP monitor. The device is not free of little glitches here and there but it is more accurate, especially diastolic pressure numbers. My major quibble is the size of the cuff. I am 6'1" male and it is way too large. I wonder if I really got a standard cuff?

Like the scale very much. Nice design, and accurate. I agree with the app issues others have mentioned, it is a small glitch that at times requires you to turn your phone off and back on and then the app connects.

I would have given this a five star rating but with their customer service is very much lacking to be helpful. This device is GREAT but as said the customer service lacks prompt help. Repeated calls to check on the status & delivery and when phone was answered, I was only told the product was not a stock item and would ship as soon as it was in stock. Even tho when ordered it shows "IN STOCK" ITE...
