I was so tired of missing out on conversations at family gatherings. Decided to give these a try and wow, what a difference! The different sound modes really make it easy to switch from a quiet dinner to a noisy restaurant. They're comfy too, don't itch like my old ones. The app makes adjusting them so simple. Wish I had found these sooner.

This device has truly made my life so much better. I can finally participate in group conversations without feeling left out. The unit is small and compact, and is well-made, it actually looks and feels like an iPhone. The only issue I have is that the leads with the electrodes seem to sometimes have problems. I have the two lead cord that one electrode works, and the other one does not. I called the tech line and told him and he said try a different area. It didn’t work so I am going to ask for another two electrode lea...

They work great, but I wish the app had a more modern look. Took me a while to figure out where everything was. Once set up, it's fine, but the initial confusion was annoying. Also, the app could use a few more resources for troubleshooting without having to call customer service.
