The product itself is 5 but there are some things that could be improved. My unit defaulted to being locked and the instructions don’t tell you how to unlock it. To do so, press the two top (power) buttons briefly and it finally unlocked. The touch screen is not near as responsive as a cell phone. Easy to use, but not very sturdy. First one stopped working within about a week of use. Oxiline customer support promptly sent a new one, which has worked fine now for about 2 weeks.I do like how everything is packaged into a pocket sized container.
