I took some capsules that made me feel better right away. I had never had high blood pressure before, but I could feel it in my chest, neck, and head. After taking the capsules a second time, my blood pressure started to go down and it has stayed down all day. I'm also taking magnesium to help with the spasms I got when my blood pressure went up.
