Purchased this for my Dad after he got COVID-19. He typically is frustrated or very critical with gadgets, but he said this was easy to use and was exactly what he wanted. He obsessively used it. It may have been the reason he decided to go back to the hospital, which provided him with a few extra days on this planet and a chance for me to see him one last time. Thank you for that.

I have used the product for about five hours and the battery still shows fully charged, so probably very closely matches the product description of 12 hours total runtime.
