Had no problem unboxing, or first time used . Also great for even the elderly, and those having no true knowledge of electronic equipment: simply read to best understand what you are given as your reading.

I just got my product today. It came quickly and looks like a nice product. It read my SaO2 quickly. I was surprised that it read my saturation at 95-96%. I would have thought I would have been up higher than that. But I am not at the hospital to compare to the top of the line machine. As I bought this to have on hand around my house I believe the quality of the product is just fine.

My husband needs an oxygen meter. His old one gave out, so I purchased this one. It works great on ME, but for some reason, it won't read for my husband. Don't know if his finger is too big or what, never had that problem before, but it simply won't work for him. Returned it and purchased another brand which works fine. Good product, jut not for us.
