It comes with a plug and batteries. The batteries die quick even though I only use it a few times a week. Now I either gotta find new batteries or find a place to keep it plugged in.

BOUGHT THIS FOR MY OFFICE, BUT FIND IT TO BE BETTER SUITED TO A HOME SETTING AS IT CAN BE IN MY OPINION, "ROUGH" ON THE PATIENT AS IT DOES INCREASE SYSTOLIC PRESSURE TO AN UNCOMFORTABLE LEVEL. I DO UNDERSTAND IT HELPS TO GET A MORE ACCURATE READING AND ACCURACY IS THE GOAL AFTER ALL AND I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO RECOMMEND TO PATIENTS. BUT, i WILL CONTINUE WITH MANUAL SPHYG IN MY OFFICE.

I like this product. It works well and is similar to the one my Home Nurse uses. The instructions could be easier to understand for beginners, but once I figured it out, it was easy to use. The product is accurate and I would purchase it again.

Great piece of equipment but I wish there was an option of a narrower cuff. I can't comment on the app as I use a free one and manually enter my data. I did have an issue with initial set up and reached out to customer service a couple times. They were very helpful.

Works exactly like it should for taking blood pressure. It does play a lullaby type song while taking your blood pressure. It’s loud and annoying. There is a setting to lower or mute the volume, but when you unplug it resets all your settings. I wish there was a volume button without having to go through the entire set up daily.
