I'm not trying to lose weight, I'm underweight (17.6 BMI and 9.2% body fat). I need to make sure I'm gaining healthy weight, not fat or water. This scale is good for that because it's accurate enough for home use and the readings are consistent. I don't care about getting the best numbers, I just want to track my progress.

This monitor is easy to use once you figure out how to get the cuff on properly, doesn't take long. The readings are consistent with the doctor's office and the gym. I have realized that my BP varies and I can see the results of eating too much salt and other things (stress) so it is helping me change my behavior. Good product.

Due to my father's long battle with COVID, a regular pulse oximeter would always give false readings or wouldn't give him a somewhat accurate reading so a friend told me about this one and it works great!
