The item arrived as advertised. My granddaughters love it (as do the adults). Service was excellent. I had made an error on original order and it was rectified by Josh immediately. I was so grateful and couldn't be happier with Ozhammocks.

Cannot review performance of hammock as it still repeat still has not arrived despite ordering it on 26 November. Our attempts to get you to assist were met with the response "it is out of our hands" and your statement that we cannot talk tp Fastaway (your agent) by telephone 17/December

Hammock is not the same as pictured and not what I believe I ordered. It was a present for someone and I didn’t have time to return it. Also it cost $250 but came with an invoice payment slip for $100.

I am interested that I should receive an email requesting my feedback on a product that I still have not received and will not be for some time apparently. The product was ordered on 23/11 and it is not anticipated to arrive until 24/12. I would have given one star but at least I did get some correspondence regarding the product from Josh, following my request for information, otherwise I would ...
