Cannot review performance of hammock as it still repeat still has not arrived despite ordering it on 26 November. Our attempts to get you to assist were met with the response "it is out of our hands" and your statement that we cannot talk tp Fastaway (your agent) by telephone 17/December

Disappointed with the quality of the material; particularly the inflatable cushion which is lightweight. I needed to make a cover to protect the cushion from being deflated easily. Other pod swings I have used for playgroups have had an insert for the cushion. This one sits on top of the hammock pod and slides around so much when the child sits in it that it falls out. It is so wobbly and not sturdy at all! the frame keeps moving forward and backward during swinging and it ruins the experience. very disappointed. highly regrettable buy at such a price!!!
