It is so wobbly and not sturdy at all! the frame keeps moving forward and backward during swinging and it ruins the experience. very disappointed. highly regrettable buy at such a price!!!

Why are there no hanging instructions? None in the bag the swing came in, cannot find any online? I need to know how to drill the guide hole, diameter, length, to fix the plate to the joist. Can someone help?

The dimension descriptions on this tripod were listed incorrectly in July 2021. The actual size was nearly double the listed 1.37m length & 1.4m width and it was closer to 2.5m high. The instruction booklet had many errors in it and the bolts it came with were too short for the top 6 bolts. Even though I ordered a frame and hammock, only the frame arrived and there's been no communication from the...

An item that was not designed for a cat of any size. Flimsy, tiny piece of rubbish. $75 down the drain...and I will continue to tell people about your lack of service and pig headed behaviour.

Do not buy the cat hammock from this site. It is far too small for any cat and the wood is flimsy. It is not designed for a cat or dog of any size.
