Why are there no hanging instructions? None in the bag the swing came in, cannot find any online? I need to know how to drill the guide hole, diameter, length, to fix the plate to the joist. Can someone help?

Was excited about receiving this to hang under my new pergola area however within a couple of weeks the rattan started unravelling, and mould started growing. Not very weather sturdy given the price
