Dealing with Oz hamocs not a problem. Excellent communication & great product. Grandchildren very impressed. Delivery an issue, but through no fault of Oz hamocs, just delivery company!!

Still haven’t received it after 20 days. Missed being a Christmas present. Couriers plus is hopeless, you should use a different courier company.

Tree straps are very easy to use and make hanging our hammock a breeze. Good to know the straps are not cutting in or doing any damage.
