Mine is 0ver 4 yrs old. It jamed but I took it apart found no debris so I put it back together. Don't know why it jamed. It works fairly good. I never put 3" limbs in it. I might do 2" limbs. Easy to start and not too heavy to move. Put dry material in it. It's not designed for wet material. No local service so if I need to repair it I will have to take it approx 20 miles.
