This will be my second Rope Retreat (how lucky am I!!) I really enjoyed my first session and can’t wait for September. I learned so much and have made several small to medium size baskets since.

Katherine worked with me to make a custom tote for my Mom. It’s made with cloth from the favorite skirt and shirt she picked out of her parent’s closet while we were cleaning it out after they passed…. It’s sentimental, functional, and absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! I’m so frigging excited to give it to her !!! First, the color is just exquisite. It’s so soothing and beautiful and it lends itself to a lot of different color, matches and designs. I was really happy with the basket that I made with it.

First time working with rope on my machine. The rope is wonderful. Shipping was fast and I’m in love with rope now! Coasters and basket came out great. I will be back for more!

I purchased this pattern and made a great yellow and black tall bowl. I wasn’t able to print since I don’t have a computer. I’m trying to remember how to start the zig zag after the beginning coil is made. I have white rope coming off first and blue beside it. Any ideas?

I actually teach rope bowl making at my local quilt shop and each of my students purchased this pattern and we made the parkway Bowl in class. I went a step further and make the bowl using 3 colors of rope….red, natural & blue.

I’ve ordered rope twice thus far. It was received very quickly and I love the rope AND the colors. BUT..it is now 5:24 AM on 5/5/24 and you are “SOLD OUT “ of the Rope Kit!! I just opened my email and cannot order the kit. What’s wrong with that picture ??
