The 5/16" rope is exactly as described in Katherine's videos. It's beautiful and easy to work with. Although my sewing machine only goes to a stitch width of 6 mm, I managed to make a lovely piece by really paying attention to the zig and the zag! I also purchased Katherine's book, "Zigzag Rope Sewing Projects", which is full of patterns and so many tips for making baskets and bowls. I highly ...

I wish you would use a box to ship orders. Twice now the bag you use has come with tears in it. The roll of rope has been misshaped. Otherwise, I love the rope and kits!
