Chair came and was slightly damaged/scratched. We've just contacted customer services and hopefully will get a replacement

From start to finish we couldn't be happier with The Sophisticated Egg. Customer service was great and helpful when we had to re-arrange the courrier service at the last minute. We've just set the egg up and it looks lovely in the office.
