We had to send the item back as unfortunately the cat is beginning to use it as a scratch post. If we left it over time it would degrade. Customer service is very quick and attentive and sorfted everything out no issues.

Delivery was only 3 days and we are still trying to decide on where to put this lovely egg. My husband wants the consevatory and I want the office - we may need to buy another to stop arguments :)
