The screw holding the belt clip was not long enough and the thread had stripped in transport. The belt clip and screw were separated from the tool in the packaging box on arrival. This has not goven me much confidence in the strength and longevity of the tool! After waiting literally years for this thing, without a single apology from the owner, it arrived broken. Very disappointing.

The main selling point the Omni wrench never worked for me, which was kind of a let down. I tried many different sized bolt heads and it kept slipping, I found that the teeth on the small part of the tool to be the problem, it didn’t have enough bite to hold it.
