Wow! This thing is beautiful, it's got TONS of awesome options, the coffee is great, the shipments come in literally the day you run out (how do you do that?? :-) The customer service (yeah, you Max) is fantastic! We've loved the entire experience! Team JLab Audio

Awesome machine! We started with a standard drip machine, then went to keurig, then nespresso, and now this. By far the convenience and quality exceeds the other products we have tried. Super happy with this thing. The 3 person/month subscription is barely enough for 2 people. Wish they sent just one more bag per month, especially for $80 per month.
