I love Valerie Constance products! Every time I get a new bag, I add to it a brand new luggage tag or clochette to dress it up! The last time it was a lovely key bell / clochette in black with a personalization in silver for my Longchamp Le Pliage backpack (the club version). The key bell is gorgeous! My package got delayed in customs (not because of Valerie Constance) and they were still able to deliver it to me before Christmas. They sent me an extra when they were not sure if the first one would make it. It was very good customer service.
