My wife and I recently attended Rich’s evening photography experience in picturesque and historic Haworth, Yorkshire. It was a great evening and thanks to Rich’s relaxed and expert guidance we produced some really pleasing results to take away with us.

I recently attended the Knaresborough night walk. Rich is a very good and patient teacher. I learnt a lot and took some very good photos - the one of the train on the railway viaduct is probably one of the best photos I have ever taken. Thank you Rich!

As a complete beginner to Editing using Lightroom and Photoshop, Rich was so patient, his teaching technique relaxed and so informative. An enjoyable day..I now need to apply what I learnt and keep practicing . Thanks Rich .

I had a half day lesson with Rich starting in the studio then moving outside to take some photographs before returning to the studio to review my work. Although I have taken snaps with film and digital cameras for decades I learnt a lot in a relatively short time with Rich. Now I need to get out and practice and put what I learnt into action. After my late father left me his photography equipment I embarked on the Get a Grip Camera Course. I couldn’t recommend his workshops highly enough. I feel very excited to learn more as a novice and start taking good photography with my dads camera. Thankyou

I had a 121 bespoke full day with Rich, and it was fantastic! His whole approach was perfect, patient and thorough, we covered so much and I learnt from Rich every minute. His complete understanding of what I required was spot on. I’m booking another 121 with him in the next couple of weeks on a different subject. Thanks Rich, delighted to have found you ��

I have had the pleasure of 3 walking photography sessions with Rich. He has a wealth of knowledge about photography and his subjects. As a novice photographer reconnecting with my camera I have found his walks fun, informative and engaging. I would highly recommend.

I have attended 2 courses with Rich now, I attended Haworth night walk last November as well as the sunrise walk at St Aidens a few days ago. I have thoroughly enjoyed both walks, Rich is friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. I even ticked off a bucket list item on the latest walk, so thank you so much. I won’t hesitate to book again

Enjoyed a very chilled, informal Studio Drop In session with Rich at his studio. It was a great opportunity to discuss a range of photography topics without any pressure to sign up for anything. I'm looking forward to attending future photo-walks and workshops in the near future.

Great start to 2025 with Rich at the St Aidan’s RSPB reserve. Cold clear sunrise and very patient kingfishers, amongst other wildlife. As always, very useful information and tips from Rich on how to get great photographs in the conditions.
