Ever wondered what all those dials and buttons are for on your camera? I did until I attended a'Get A Grip' camera course. Rich explained the fundamentals of the camera and how to get a good shoot. Which settings to adjust and how everything inter reacted. I now have the confidence to move the dial off the 'Auto' setting and start using the camera to its full potential.

Wow - after all this time using "point and shoot " I have finally realised what gems I have been missing. Thanks to Richard, I now understand the other buttons and can capture nature as it IS.

I spent a day on the 'Get a Grip' camera course to get a better insight into photography and to learn more about the functions on my camera . Rich is so easy to understand and the course helped me to move away from the auto settings on my camera. Great day out and I learned a lot. Rich's passion and knowledge of both the moor and photography was evident all day. Would recommend to anyone wanting to think differently about their photography or just learn about the area.

The Golden Acre Park Photo Tour was a very enjoyable morning. Lovely people, a beautiful place combined with learning more about how to develop photography skills. The walking photography tour on Ilkley moor was fantastic, great way to learn more about simple changes you can make to take a better photo. Rich was really knowledgeable about the area which was an extra bonus. Since the half day tour I have been out and about putting in to practise some of the things we learnt.
