Wiremo is an extremely well-designed review plug-in, it has pretty much all the functions you need, yet it is also simple to use. The customer support is also amazing, the question I posted was replied back to me within 30 minutes. I highly recommend Wiremo if you need to add a review option to your website.

I love my experience with Wiremo. I initially tried a different review widget and it was total trash. Their support docs sucked and reaching out to customer service took forever to get a response. Not so with Wiremo. Their support docs are great and whenever I need clarity during business hours they respond almost instantly via the chat feature.
