The service is pretty great and for the most part I haven't had trouble communicating with someone when I need help. Some areas I would like to see improve include rating multiple products at once instead of multiple emails, being able to send a test email to yourself to see what the customer sees, the Arr states it's after purchase, but it's after fulfillment date, better accessibility and usabil...

Wiremo is a great plugin to collect reviews for my Squarespace site. When you can't figure something out or have a quick question, there are YouTube videos, and online support is very helpful and responsive.

Super easy to use, even for a novice. Works flawlessly with Squarespace. I've used other review apps and they are usually overly complicated, but this makes everything easy, from the UX and navigation to the customisation options. I was up and running within minutes.
