1st time trying & was a great experience. Stress was gone & in a happy mood all day. Microdose 2 days in a row continued all daily routines without impairment & without depression or irritation that I normally experience. The 2nd week I tried 200mg day 1 felt slightly impaired 100 mg day 2. It made a day of chores become a day of happy chores for the lack of a better word. I was thinking there...

As someone new to mushrooms, the microdose of the 100 mg capsule has been a perfect introduction. The effect is subtle, but all good. Nothing interfered with my activities, and I actually feel greater focus and enjoyment of creativity. It works in harmony with my intentions to Improve and maintain mental and physical health.
