I ordered the 500mg capsules and received them 4 days later! My intent was to practice micro-dosing, (I'm an experienced macro-doser). Vanessa with Mind Mend is such a kind person. Replies to all of my questions within hours, and I have never had a shipment take more than three days all the way across the country.
