Micro dosing is going well! Week 2 and I'm feeling great! Less anxiety, no depression. 😁 very happy with this product. I'm doing 200 mcg 5 days a week with 2 days off. So far everything is going great!

I really enjoy the 500mg micro dose capsules. They are great to take with you ( won’t melt like the chocolates in warm months). When I take just one I can feel a slight difference in my mood and cognitive thinking increase. When I can 2-3 I feel more like myself.
