Tried the 200mg capsules and unfortunately I didn't feel much of a response. This is my first time using the mushroom capsules and the last time I used psychedelic mushrooms was over 20 years ago. I started with 1 capsule and during the first 3 hours there were a couple of times I thought I felt something taking effect, but then nothing.
