Ok first off if you are contemplating trying this product for the first time I can’t express how much you will not be disappointed. I’ve ordered from mind mend a few times and Vanessa has went above and beyond my expectations with customer service.. I got the chocolate hearts and and the capsules I’ve been micro dosing for about 3 weeks now and I notice a difference in my mood , I jjust wake up happy, and my mind focus is better. I enjoy the chocolate hearts in my coffee and I notice them with in 30 minutes maybe less and...

Got the 500mg capsule and the chocolate hearts. Both amazing! Capsules are for a smaller dose. I really liked them and they are a great option for beginners. Smooth and happy feeling.
