I like the idea of offering this in capsule form. The packaging was very discreet. I took 3, they did give me a stomachache, but I don't believe that it had anything to do with the quality of the product. My stomach just didn't agree with them at first. The experience was interesting, hard to describe. My body felt like it was vibrating.
