I'd wanted to try these for a long time and I'm so glad that I did. They have given me back some of my old relaxed personality and I feel more peaceful and at ease. Got the 500mg capsule and the chocolate hearts. Both amazing! Capsules are for a smaller dose. I really liked them and they are a great option for beginners. Smooth and happy feeling.
