I'd rate 5/5, I felt very happy with product. I didn't experience the stereotypical "mushroom high", but I know it's different for everyone and had an overall pleasant experience

As someone new to mushrooms, the microdose of the 100 mg capsule has been a perfect introduction. The effect is subtle, but all good. Nothing interfered with my activities, and I actually feel greater focus and enjoyment of creativity. It works in harmony with my intentions to Improve and maintain mental and physical health. As much as I was positively looking forward to a great experience, after trying 1 - 100mg capsule, I ended up getting hives all over my back & backside which lasted for 3 days. I had never experienced anything like that but I’m still going to try again to make sure it wasn’t just a random fluke thing.
