Micro dosing is going well! Week 2 and I'm feeling great! Less anxiety, no depression. 😁 very happy with this product. I'm doing 200 mcg 5 days a week with 2 days off. So far everything is going great!

This seems to be having a positive effect on my disposition. I'm ordering a higher dosage this time to see if I can bridge the gap of feeling better to feeling happy again.

The quality and speed of shipping is amazing here. I love that my experience can be so tailored. The chocolate hearts are my favorite. Such a smooth ride and no anxiety. I use the golden teachers for microdosing and they really are a mood lifter. They are also a helpful compliment to EMDR therapy. (Therapist approved)

I have titrated off Wellbutrin (150 XL) 2 weeks ago after 10+ years and now take 100mg "shroom" dosage daily. I feel well and plan to continue this new regimen.

I’ve been interested in micro dosing for a while. It’s been 3 weeks and something feels different, like I am able to make connections better, see myself differently, and feel more embodied. I’ve been looking for more holistic healing approaches since therapy and meds can only help so much- I’m so glad that these are accessible.

I’ve ordered from mind mend a few times and Vanessa has went above and beyond my expectations with customer service.. I got the chocolate hearts and and the capsules I’ve been micro dosing for about 3 weeks now and I notice a difference in my mood , I jjust wake up happy, and my mind focus is better. I enjoy the chocolate hearts in my coffee and I notice them with in 30 minutes maybe less and...
