I sat in my garden and watched the plants and flowers come to life. Each plant seemed to have a story to tell, and I felt a deep connection to their energy.

I took them once every three days and I saw my overall mood improve very much. Rarely was I ever in a bad mood even when stressed with work. I did notice some trouble finding words when speaking but other than that they work great.

Micro-dosing has had an interesting stabilizing effect on my mind. I’ve been concerned about my memory, enough to seek out help from a memory clinic, but these are helping.
