I would'nt call myself an expert but I'd say these are accurate and quality I took the whole pack of 500mg capsules and took off so to say hahahah

Golden teachers will teach you so be ready and I was tripping for a few hours the come up I had no nausea so high quality and then the visuals were incredible.

Taste great too easy to eat the whole bag only one gram I guess but they should make a bigger bag. If you are on the fence about placing an order do not stress it I got my package like a few days after order no issues at all.
