1st time trying & was a great experience. Stress was gone & in a happy mood all day. Microdose 2 days in a row continued all daily routines without impairment & without depression or irritation that I normally experience. As someone new to mushrooms, the microdose of the 100 mg capsule has been a perfect introduction. The effect is subtle, but all good. Nothing interfered with my activities, and I actually feel greater focus and enjoyment of creativity. It works in harmony with my intentions to Improve and maintain mental and physical health.
