I am 65 yrs old and like to hike, road cycle, I also do yoga and lift weights. I rub the cream wherever it's needed. It makes it all possible to keep very active, mostly without discomfort. Before I started using the cream, I would experience intermittent discomfort issues. I have avoided the need for recommended surgeries. I also use chiropractic adjustments, natural supplements, and diet to reduce inflammation.
